Jenny Krack
Stage Right's Artistic Director Director, Bothered and Bewildered and, Guys and Dolls

Jenny boasts an impressive portfolio of over 100 productions as a director.  Her academic journey in theater arts and directing has been diverse, and is ongoing encompassing institutions such as San Jose State, B Street Theater, Sacramento Studio Theater, and Berkeley Repertory Theater. Her commitment to honing her craft as director is evident from her participation in Yale University’s Summer Directing Intensive, Directors Workshop at the Globe Theatre (London, UK), and the Director’s West Lab Intensive.  Jenny is a founding member of Stage Right Productions and currently serves as our Artistic Director.

Wendy Day
Musical Direction, Guys and Dolls

Wendy received her BA degree in Drama from UC Irvine with a specialty in Musical Theatre.  After college, she spent 10 years in regional theaters including the Sacramento Music Circus and the Sacramento Theater Company.  She also spent 5 years singing and dancing on various cruise ships in revue companies and later became a headliner for the cruise lines.  The last several years she has devoted her life to teaching music and sharing her love of musical theater with young people.  During that time she has directed, music directed and choreographed several musicals including Finding Nemo, Alice In Wonderland, Annie, Bye Bye Birdie, Dr. Dolittle, and Aristocats.  She has also musically directed for several productions including Working, Gypsy, Runaways, Starmites, Wizard of Oz, Once Upon a Mattress & Dear Edwina.  She is thrilled to be joining the production team of Stage Right as Music Director on this production of Guys and Dolls!

 

Angelique 'Angel' Cannon
Choreographer, Guys and Dolls

Angel is a credentialed Education Specialist and choreographer. She has channeled her love of the fine arts into her day-to-day classroom teaching, choreographing musicals, various church productions, wig design, and dance instruction. Angel's experience includes: Dance Educator & Princess Performer at Fancy Feet Dance Academy (Ballet, Tap, Musical Theatre, Jazz, competitive team), previously a member of ANB Dance Co in Sacramento, 21 years of dance experience, and has starred in or assisted with 20 theatrical productions.

 

 

Mark Cornfield
Director, Romeo and Juliet

Mark is a producer, teacher, acting coach, director, actor, and is one of the founding members of the theatre company, Shakespeare on the Vine. Mark has a degree in theatre from San Francisco State University and has worked as an actor for many theatres in the Sacramento area, receiving a Shelley Award for his portrayal of Pellinore in "Camelot". In 2014, Mark was able to spend two weeks studying at the Globe theatre in London.

 

Mark has directed numerous productions, and his award winning production of La Cage Aux Folle was chosen to open The Lesher Center for the Arts which just celebrated its 25th Anniversary. His original play, From Their Memory Comes Hope, a play about AIDS/HIV, was invited to perform in Washington DC in 1998, for the final unveiling of the complete AIDS Memorial Quilt. Mark recently retired after 35 years of teaching. Stage Right Productions is very excited to have Mark join our 2025 theatrical season!

Jody Jensen
Childrens Theatre Director

While Jody’s daughters attended Orangevale Open K-8 School, the family immersed themselves in the drama program. Jody was involved in nearly every production over more than a decade. She artistically directed five shows: Sleeping Beauty Kids, Prime Time Nursery Rhymes, The Jungle Book Kids, Peter Pan Jr., and Mary Poppins Jr.  When the opportunity to work with Stage Right opened up to direct children’s theater, she did not hesitate.  In 2024, Jody directed Frozen Kids and co-directed Finding Nemo Kids at Earl LeGette. She looks forward to continuing working in children’s theater and expanding our program in the coming years.

 

Tracy Martin
Musical Direction

With over a quarter-century of experience, Tracy is a distinguished member of the Theatre Arts faculty at both Sierra and American River Colleges. Her expertise spans teaching, vocal direction, and play direction. Tracy’s passion for nurturing talent extends to the Hawkins School of Performing Arts, where she imparts her knowledge in Stage Vocals and Acting, and leads the Musical Theater Company. In her community engagements, she has directed and provided vocal direction for numerous productions, with a particular fondness for musicals at Stage Right!
